Limpieza: Lo más importante es lavar la piel, ya que a lo largo de la jornada está expuesta a impurezas y suciedad. Se recomienda lavarla 2 o 3 veces al día, los productos que utilizaras para limpiarla dependen de cada zona yo recomiendo lavar la cara con un jabón especial para esta, diferente a la que usas para todo el cuerpo.
Hidrata: después de lavarla tienes que humectarla, muchos productos resecan tu piel y esta produce más aceites para tratar de hidratarse sola lo que lleva a producir acné, es importante que elijas una crema específica para tu tipo de piel ya sea piel grasa, seca o mixta.
Cuida lo que
usas en tu cabello: Los productos que utilizamos en nuestro cabello como shampo,
acondicionador, crema para peinar etc. pueden estarte causan acné ya que cuando
te lavas el pelo estos residuos caen en tu espalda, cara, pecho, e irritan esta
zona tapando los poros generando acné. Los productos de cuidado para el cabello que son perjudiciales para la piel, por eso debes exfoliar la espalda y pecho 3 veces por semana para remover cualquier componente químico y lavar muy bien la cara al terminar la ducha, opta por hacerte un moño o cola de caballo después de lavar el pelo.
