While spring is not at all hot refreshing drinks are not suitable for a specific time, although it is better for summer in the same way it is fun to practice in spring. Today I share my three favorite refreshing drinks that you can enjoy and share with your friends.
The pineapple of course is of my favorite fruits and the drink based on it and coconut milk is equally delicious. Although the pineapple and coconut are very summery it is so good that I would like to try it all year!, the best thing is that it can adapt to any taste by adding alcohol or not, if you wish anyway the drink is great.
Ingredients:
4 oz. pineapple juice (118 ml)
4 oz. coconut cream (118 ml.)
1 1/2 oz. dark rum
1 1/2 oz coconut rum
1 1/2 frozen pineapple cubes
2 cups chopped ice
Preparation:
Place all ingredients in a blender and whisk until smooth and frosty.
Pour the preparation into two glasses and garnish with pineapple slices.
Note: If you do not want to add alcoholic drinks replace this for more juice and coconut cream.
Natural grapefruit soda
Ingredientes:
Soda (HighBall)
Jugo de pomelo
Jugo de Limón
4 cucharadas de agave/stevia
Agua mineral
Hielo
Making your own sodas is a fun way to spend time in the kitchen and is even better if you are accompanied by a loved one. It is not at all complicated in addition its spring taste will refresh your meetings and the best thing is that it is sweetened with natural sweeteners so it is completely healthy.
Ingredients:
Soda (HighBall)
Grapefruit juice
Lemon juice
4 tablespoons agave/stevia
Mineral water
Ice
Preparation:
In a bowl pour grapefruit juice, lemon and liquid sweetener, mix.
Fills two glasses of ice and carboneted drink to choose: soda if you prefer something more natural that everybody can drink it or Highball if you want to have a spring cocktail with your friends.
Pour the juice mixture into the glasses and add mineral water until the glass is filled.
Raspaberry lemonade
Ingredientes:
6 onz (117 mililitros) de soda de limón
1 cucharada de mermelada de frambuesa
Zumo de dos limones
Frambuesas frescas
Hielo
What better refreshing drink than a natural lemonade to quench the thirst, even in spring when the weather is cool and if mixed with raspberries is literally the perfect combination. This recipe is particularly ingenious, I took it from a great food blog and since I tried it I have not stopped taking it. It is sweetened and has some effervescence thanks to the lemon-flavored soda that is added.
Ingredients:
6 oz (117 ml) Lemon soda
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
Juice of two lemons
Fresh raspberries
Ice
Preparation:
Crush in the glasses with the help of a mortar or roll the fresh raspberries.
Add the tablespoon of raspberry and cover with a little soda. Mix everything well
Cover the glass with ice, add more lemon soda and fresh juice.
Decorate with berries and a little mint
