Paris Fashion Week: day 3

La tercera jornada estuvo un poco suave comparado con los días previos a este (día 2 y día 3), sin embargo esto no detuvo en lo absoluto a las parisinas. Isabel Marant,Paco Rabanne,Balmain,Rick Owens,Yang Ling y Chloe, marcas increíbles con expectativas aun mas altas. En general el día tres fue un gran espectáculo (todo lo que tenga relación con Balmain es brillante) y claro no es para menos emocionarse con el maravilloso street style, sinceramente un gran día lleno de grandes diseñadores y desfiles espetaculares. The third day was a little soft compared to the days before this (Day 2 and Day 3), however this did not stop at all the Parisian. Isabel Marant, Paco Rabanne, Balmain, Rick Owens, Yang Ling and Chloe, incredible brands with even higher expectations. On the whole day three was a great show (everything that has to do with Balmain is brilliant) and of course it's not for less excited about the wonderful street style, sincerely a great day full of great designers and amazing runways.

Paco Rabanne

La rudeza de la pasarela Primavera-Verano 2018 de Paco Rabanne fue innegable, las modelos caminaban apresuradas bajo el sonido de música altísima, con pequeños atuendos abrillantados o sus cuerpos envueltos en gasa. Tal vez pasaban demasiado rápido para detallar si de verdad los diseños de Julien Dossena representaban o no el Wacko Paco de la firma y sinceramente para mí sí, el tono de disco setentero era muy parecido a las mágicas pasarelas del diseñador.

The rudeness of the spring-summer show 2018 of Paco Rabanne was undeniable, the models walked hurriedly under the sound of high-speed music, with small shiny outfits or their bodies wrapped in gauze. Maybe they passed too fast to detail if really the designs of Julien Dossena represented or not the Wacko Paco of the firm and sincerely for me yes, the seventies disc vibe was very similar like the magic runways of the designer.

Aunque las siluetas no eran para nada especiales (solo algunos dobladillos y trajes estrechos) incluyendo el metalizado que es común en Rabanne, los atuendos eran preciosos no demasiados elaborados ni mucho menos, eran un tanto atrevidos, fugaces y un poco extravagante, lo suficiente para no volver esta colección un completo desastre.

Although the silhouettes were not at all special (only some hems and narrow suits) including the metallization that is common in Rabanne, the outfits were beautiful not too elaborate, much less, were somewhat daring, fleeting and a little extravagant, enough as not to make this collection a complete mess.

Y a pesar de no ser apreciado por la crítica los vestidos con flecos metalizados, algo de seda y botones estratégicos ambientaron el poder que el joven diseñador propone para la firma y a pesar de no ser lo suficientemente esplendoroso para ser recordado durante toda la semana debemos hablar de Paco Rabanne su estética y todo lo que se refiere a esta ya que después de todo sigue siendo la gran marca que adoramos tanto.

Es una de las más grandes firmas francesas que ha existido y diría que la mejor en ropa de noche. Su fuerza y sensualidad transporta a cualquiera a un mundo totalmente diferente es simplemente mágico. Esta vez las puertas de Balmain se abren para presumir su más reciente colección al mando de Olivier Rousteing que convierte esto en una carta emocional para sí mismo.

It is one of the biggest french firms that has ever existed and I would say the best in evening clothes. Its strength and sensuality transports anyone to a totally different world is simply magical. This time the doors of Balmain open to boast their most recent collection under the command of Olivier Rousteing that turns this into an emotional letter to himself.

El concepto es bastante interesante, el diseñador se inspira en su pasado y lo duro que ha trabajado para estar allí, en sus sueños y el ver que se convirtieron en realidad, en los prejuicios que logro superar y claramente su pasión por la moda que con sus vestidos crea literalmente arte en el cuerpo de una mujer.

La opera también forma parte de su inspiración, para él lo parisino que tiene esta le conmovió inmediatamente al entrar en una y uso esa sensación para enjaular la colección en su propia visión de niño.

The concept is quite interesting, the designer is inspired by his past and how hard he has worked to be there, in his dreams and seeing that they became reality, in the prejudices that he achieve overcome and clearly his passion for fashion that with his dresses creates literal Art in a woman's body.

The opera is also part of his inspiration, for him opera its so parisian moved him immediately upon entering one and used that feeling to cage the collection in his own vision as a child

Vestidos estilo coctel adornados exquisitamente paseaban sobre la pasarela, era sensual aunque no demasiado insolente. Los petos se consagran de la manera más sexi (cuero brillante y cadenas metálicas) convirtiendo esta prenda tan infantil en un nuevo must para tus looks de noche. Sinceramente adore cada detalle floral, cada tachuela y cada reconstrucción arquitectónica que añadía a sus prendas, fue un gran homenaje para su legado y claro para Paris.

Cocktail-style dresses adorned exquisitely strolled on the runway it was sensual though not too insolent. The jumpsuits are consecrated in the sexiest way (shiny leather and metal chains) turning this childish garment into a new must for your night looks. Sincerely I loved every floral detail, every tack and every architectural reconstruction that he added to his garments, was a great homage to his legacy and clear to Paris.

Chloe

Paris se ha llenado de nuevos directores creativos y su debut en firmas con gran prestigio como Chloe, ahora con mejor recepción que las pasadas. Es Natacha Ramsay-Levi quien con tan solo 21 looks lleno la pasarela francesa de aplausos y aclamaciones tras su colección de vestidos midi florales que al parecer todos adoraron.

Paris has been filled with new creative directors and their debut in brands with great prestige as Chloe, now with better reception than the past. She's Natacha Ramsay-Levi who with only 21 looks full the french runway of applause and acclamations after his collection of floral midi dresses that apparently all adored.

En si la colección fue una prueba sumamente francesa de lo que podían hacer Natacha en representación de Chloe y lo importante que debía ser para conseguir su puesto dentro de la crítica. Su trabajo fue maravilloso, fue femenino dulce y brillante en conjunto con la dureza de algunas piezas y el poder que ejercía ella sobre la historia de la marca.

In case the collection was a very French proof of what Natacha could do on behalf of Chloe and how important it was to get her position within the critique. Her work was wonderful, was feminine sweet and brilliant together with the hardness of some pieces and the power she exercised about the history of the brand.

El toque cowboy aun sigue vigente y la consonancia de los detalles apoyaba totalmente la iniciativa de la diseñadora. A pesar de que los vestidos midi plisados con recatados cortes fueron el primer plano de la colección la mejor parte para mí fueron los trajes de chaqueta pantalón en pana estampada y el outfit de jumpsuit floreado con chaleco de cuero color caramelo.

Claro está que el verdadero éxito de la pasarela fue la reivindicación de los accesorios Chloe que adoramos tanto, sus botas y los dibujos que adornaban cada uno de estos elementos.

The cowboy touch is still in force and the tune of the details fully supported the initiative of the designer. Although the pleated midi dresses with demure cuts were the close-up of the collection the best part for me was the suits with jacket and corduroy trousers with print and the outfit of jumpsuit flowered with brown leather waistcoat.

It is clear that the true success of the runway was the vindication of Chloe accessories that we loved so much, their boots and the drawings that adorned each one of these things.

Isabel Marant

Adoro esta firma es una de mis favoritas en la fashion week de Paris, siempre tiene colecciones frescas diseñadas con exactitud para permanecer en nuestro armario día tras día y cambiarle un poco el rollo a looks casuales. Esta vez la diseñadora jugó con el mismo concepto apostando por los abullonados y encaje.

Como dije antes Isabel Marant es una diseñadora práctica, inspirada en las mujeres de ahora y las necesidades que se les requiere. El amor por la moda de Marant hace de sus colecciones aun más interesantes, como el cambio deportivo y las prendas genuinas que trae en el verano.

I love this firm is one of my favorites in Paris fashion week, always has cool collections designed accurately to stay in our closet day after day and change a bit the vibe to casual look. This time the designer played with the same concept betting on the flounces and lace.

As I said before Isabel Marant is a practical designer, inspired by the women of now and the needs that they require. Marant's love of fashion makes her collections even more interesting, such as the sports change and the genuine garments she brings in the summer.

El look de las modelos era tan sutil y precioso que combinaba perfectamente con el blanco roto sin parecer aburrido, pasando del blanco y negro a lienzos burdeos y floreados. Una de mis características favoritas en los maravillosos atuendos de Marant son sus sandalias, con toques étnicos y pompones adorables ya mismo agregados en nuestra wishlist para la temporada.

The look of the models was so subtle and beautiful that it combined perfectly with the off white without seeming dull, change from black and white to burgundy color and flowered fabrics. One of my favorite features in Marant's wonderful outfits are her sandals, with ethnic touches and adorable pom-poms already added to our wishlist for the season.

Podemos describir a la pasarela como un encuentro entre lo deportivo veraniego y relajado nocturno, todo en una colección fantástica donde queremos todo lo que hay allí, Para cerrar con broche de oro la famosa y exitosa modelo Gigi Hadid apareció con un body de un solo hombro, jeans mom fit con tachuelas sandalias embellecidas en la pulsera y preciosos maxi pendientes (una interesante propuesta para el verano).

We can describe the show as a meeting between the sporty summer and relaxed night, all in a fantastic collection where we want everything there, to close with a flourish, the famous and successful model Gigi Hadid appeared with a body of a single shoulder ,mom jeans with embellished sandals on the bracelet and beautiful maxi earrings (an interesting summer proposal).

Street style

Adoro la imginacion y creatividad que tienen las chicas del street style para combinar prendas tanto nuevas y extravagantes como básicos fondo de armario,pues son las verdaderas dictadoras de tendencias para la temporada.Hoy observamos muchismos accesorios especiales como los bolsos de Chloe al igual que las gorras marineras y las boinas (piezas favoritas en paris) tomando al estilo parisino como su mayor aliado.
