Es un festival cinematográfico celebrado en la ciudad francesa de Cannes, donde son presentados distintos filmes ,elegidos por la industria, que tienen carácter independiente,y poseen gran peso en el mundo del cine, ya que presentarse allí difiere gran honor. Este año es la 70 edición haciendo esos 10 días aun más especiales.

It is a film festival held in the French city of Cannes, where are presented different films, chosen by the industry, which have independent status, and have great weight in the world of the cinema, there arise differs great honor. This year is the 70 Edition making those 10 days even more special.

 Además de presentarse el festival, también ocurren distintos eventos como la Gala amfAR el mayor evento de beneficencia en el Festival de Cannes, donde se recaudan fondos para la investigación sobre la cura para la enfermedad del SIDA, organizada por la Fundación Estadounidense para la Investigación sobre el SIDA  amFAR. Como otras galas de beneficencia, asisten artistas y celebridades, donde realizan sus donaciones a la fundación.

In addition to presenting the festival, different events also occur as the Gala amfAR the largest charity event at the Festival of Cannes, where they raise funds for research on the cure for the disease of AIDS, organized by  amfAR, The Foundation for AIDS Research . As other charity galas, attended by artists and celebrities, where they make their donations to the foundation.

Fiestas como la de Magnum x Moschino y Chorpad también están vigentes en todo el festival, promocionando sus más nuevas colecciones y colaboraciones,claro, siempre estando presenten el nombre de Cannes en todo esto 😂😂.Estas celebraciones son de esas que ninguno se quiere perder, aparte de asistir actores y cantantes, ¡las modelos también están invitadas!; personajes como Kendall Jenner,Hailey Baldiwin,Adriana Lima, Bella Hadid e Irina Shayk, Sara Sampaio fueron algunas de las muchas modelos que asistieron a todos estos eventos.

Festivals like Magnum x Moschino and Chorpad are also in force in all the festival, promoting their newest collections and collaborations, of course, always being submitted the name of Cannes in all this 😂😂. These celebrations are those that nonebody wants be lose, apart from assisting actors and singers, the models are also invited!; characters like Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldiwin, Adriana Lima, Bella Hadid and Irina Shayk, Sara Sampaio were some of the many models who attended all these events.

En el festival podemos observar trajes lujosos y perfectamente confeccionados,sexys con muchas aberturas, de alta costura, bastante deseados en el mundo del espectáculo, mas sin embargo los look casuales, en denim o perfectos pantalones Split trousers,son vistos en las calles de la ciudad, marcando nuevas tendencias para la temporada.

Una de las películas más esperadas del festival,The Beguiled,un filme centrado en la guerra civil americana,remake de la cinta de 1971,pero con algunos cambios,según la directora Sofia Coppola, esta vez las mujeres serán las protagonistas, y el clímax es algo más oscuro y misterioso que el anterior.

One of the most anticipated films of the festival, The Beguiled, a film centered on the American civil war, remake of the 1971 tape, but with some changes, according to the Director Sofia Coppola, this time women are the protagonists, and the climax is something darker and more mysterious than the previous.

¡Wow esta sí que fue una buena colección!; estamos hablando por supuesto de Dior con sus Cow girl, espectaculares, y el estilo algo gitano, pero elegante,  que añadieron en la colección con inspiración en Estados Unidos.

Wow this was a great collection!; We are talking about of course Dior with his Cow girl, spectacular, and the style something Gypsy, but elegant Southern and somewhat manorial ,that they added in the collection inspired by United States.



La pasarela se celebró en Los Angeles con inspiración en Calabasas, un condado de California, que tiene un estilo muy medio oeste, bastante chamánica y femenina perfectos para el desfile. Su directora creativa Maria Grazia Chiuri,efectivamente una It Girl para nuestros tiempos siendo la primera mujer en obtener este cargo en la maison,continua con el lado fantástico de todas las colecciones, como lo habíamos presenciado en la colección primavera verano pasada con muchos hermosos vestidos y mascaras alucinantes, que tenían ese toque de hechicería y utopía que tanto caracteriza a la diseñadora, siempre introduciendo tendencias modernas y dándole su propio estilo, sencillamente una obra de arte total, esta mujer sí que sabe hacer su trabajo, pues la colección quedo 👌

 The catwalk was held in Los Angeles with inspiration in Calabasas, a California district, which has a very Midwestern style, quite shamanic and feminine perfect for the show. Its Creative Director Maria Grazia Chiuri, effectively an It Girl for our times being the first woman to get this position at the maison, continuous with the style all collections, fantastic as had witnessed it in the collection spring summer with many beautiful dresses and masks are amazing, they had that touch of witchcraft and utopia that characterizes to her designer always introducing modern trends and giving it its own style, simply a total work of art, this woman really knows do their job, as the collection was 👌




Ahora si, orientándonos en la colección, y su tema de rudeza que refleja muy bien lo capaz de las mujeres y el poder que tenemos sobre la sociedad; como podríamos sobrevivir en desiertos o cualquier otro lado, una temática muy escandalizadora hoy en día, puesto que el feminismo es algo controversial.

Now if, guiding us in the collection, and its theme of rudeness that reflects very well able to women and power we have on society; as we could survive in deserts or any other side, a very scandalous theme today, since feminism is something controversy.

Los cortes de sus vestidos se mantuvieron, femeninos y delicados, sin embargo, con el toque de la colección, con colores muy potentes, los terracotas fueron sus mayores aliados, al igual que los naranjas, amarillos y rojizos.

Cuts of her dresses were kept, feminine and delicate, however, with the touch of the collection, with very powerful colors, terracotta colors were their greatest allies, like the orange, yellow and red.


Los sombreros,también dieron mucho de que hablar, por sus fríos colores y detalles llamativos que los agregaron para darle vida.

Otro aspecto relevante son los abrigos,presentándose en los modelos más presenciales y maduros que existen: trench,casacas.

Estoy pensando, que el maquillaje fue uno de mis cosas favoritas de la pasarela, pieles rosadas, labios sutiles algo naranjas, ojos limpios, toda la línea top en el desfile, el no makeup muy bien representado. En cuanto al cabello, los rizos sutiles no muy elaborados fueron la elección de la diseñadora y todo su equipo para potenciar los maravillosos diseños de Dior.

I am thinking that the makeup was one of my favorite things from the catwalk, pink fur, subtle lips rather oranges, clean eyes, all the line top in the show, the no-makeup very well represented. As for the hair, not very elaborate subtle curls were the choice of her designer and his team to enhance the wonderful designs of Dior.

No podemos hablar de la pasarela de Dior sin saber las estrellas invitadas; seguro ya te las debes imaginar: por supuesto fue invitada la musa de  Dior J´DIOR Charlize Theron con un look como el de la colección del medio oeste, también acudieron al desfile estrellas como: Nick Jonas, Rihanna, Brie Larson, Teresa Palmer.. por parte del mundo de las bloggers la pionera y ahora rostro de Dior en su campaña de makeup Chiara Ferragni.
